Refund & Service Policy

Last Updated: January 1, 2024

At Northline Travel, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your bookings. However, we understand that plans change. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation procedures.

1. General Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees and refund eligibility differ depending on the specific service booked (Flight, Hotel, Tour, etc.) and the supplier's own policies. Northline charges a standard administrative fee for processing cancellations, in addition to any fees charged by the supplier.

2. Flights

Most flight tickets are non-refundable unless a flexible fare was purchased.

  • Non-refundable tickets: Taxes may be refundable in some cases, subject to an administrative fee.
  • Refundable tickets: Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7-14 business days after airline approval.

3. Hotels & Cars

Hotel and Car rental refund policies vary by property and booking type (e.g., "Free Cancellation" vs. "Non-Refundable"). Please check your specific booking confirmation for details.

4. Visa Services

Visa consultation fees and processing fees paid to Northline are non-refundable once the service has commenced (i.e., document review has started), regardless of the embassy's decision. Embassy fees are paid directly to the government and are generally non-refundable.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact our support team immediately at support@northline.com or via the Contact Us page. Please include your Booking Reference Number.
